Hello Helen, I enjoy cooking but have to admit I am not much of a baker I usually end up at the local Patisseri. I have been meaning to make some cupcakes I just never seem to get round to it but now Cup Cake lady is dangling happily in my kitchen I find myself inspired! XXX
